This little shaggy guy was found on Tuesday on Washington Street in Dot by the BPD. Officer Michael Shikoluk found the abandoned dog with matted fur and long nails just roaming the streets. And 
you remember how hot it was on Tuesday, right?
Well, according to the BPDNews, Shikoluk thought “Harry” wouldn’t do so well in the heat so he asked for help from resident dog lover Lieutenant Beth Leary. She reached out to The Modern Dog and treated Harry to some much needed grooming!
