We’ve been busy exploring all of the wonderful restaurants, bars, and cafes that Dot has to offer. And although we’ve barely scratched the surface, we can’t help but get excited for these soon to be new additions to the family!
Wahlburgers: (101 Allstate Rd., Dorchester, Boston)
The Wahlbergs are coming home to Dorchester! And They’re bringing their iconic burgers with them. With locations in over 10 states, Wahlburgers is returning to its roots, the hometown of Phil Wahlberg himself. Located within the new South Bay Town Center Development – we can’t wait to get our hands on some of those fries!

J.P. Licks: (101 Allstate Rd., Dorchester, Boston)
J.P. Licks will be joining Wahlburgers in the South Bay Town Center. J.P. Licks originated in Jamaica Plain in 1981 and has since grown to include 13 stores across 9 Bostonian neighborhoods and surrounding towns. Bring on number 14! DOT is ready for some homemade ice cream and freshly roasted coffee!

American Provisions: (1961-1981 Dorchester Ave., Dorchester, Boston)
This South Boston grocery store has been a staple for Southie residents for 7 years. Although progress had been stunted by a fire this past June, owners Andy Fadous and Matt Thayer are eager to move forward with their expansion. Look for their shop in the Trademark Building on DOT ave.

Gyu-Kaku: (101 Allstate Rd., Dorchester, Boston)
This international Japanese barbeque chain is also expanding into the South Bay Town Center. Think, shared plates, personal grills at every table, hot oiled seared salmon, and kobe style beef.

Midici: (101 Allstate Rd., Dorchester, Boston)
Another national chain that originated on the west coast will be making its home in the South Bay Town Center. Midici offers Neapolitan style pizza and an extensive drink menu. We can’t wait to sit in front of that open-faced wood-fired pizza oven!

The Sip & Spoke Bike Kitchen: (611 Columbia Rd., Uphams Corner, Dorchester, Boston)
Coming soon to the Upham’s Corner neighborhood of Dorchester, The Sip & Spoke Bike Kitchen will offer retail sales of new and refurbished bicycles, bike parts, accessories, as well as maintenance and repair services. Simultaneously serving high-quality coffee and a range of food items sourced from local and respected vendors. We’re pumped about this unique, new concept geared towards providing the community with affordable and sustainable transportation!
