Probably no surprise to anyone, but the most expensive neighborhoods in Dorchester to buy are Savin Hill and Lower Mills followed by Neponset/Port Norfolk. Real Estate research site Neighborhood X has released some new analysis breaking it down for the month of August!
Per square foot:
Savin Hill – $517
Lower Mills – $508
Neponset/Port Norfolk $447
Codman Square is the least expensive with $296 a square foot.
