Looks like Tom English’s and Dorchester Market on Dot. Ave will be getting developed. Property owner Adam Sarbaugh has filed for a permit to “erect, enlarge, alter, substantially repair, move, demolish or change occupancy of building or structure” with the City of Boston.
The proposal for 959 Dot. Ave. includes a 5-story building with 38 residential units, and a restaurant, and a market on the ground level. There will also be 26 parking spots.
Initially, the project was six stories, with 40 units. After neighborhood feedback the proposal was adjusted.
The Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Services will host an abutters meeting Saturday, Jan. 20th at 10am in the Kit Clark Apartments at 915 Dorchester Ave.
