Back in April of 2019, Tracey Crehan of Dorchester slipped on the platform of the Red Line at South Station and fell on the tracks.
According to Universal Hub, Crehan is suing the MBTA for injuries and blames lack of security and the train operator coming into the station so fast he couldn’t stop in time.
The suit was filed this past week in Suffolk Superior Court. Crehan is seeking payment and damages for the medical bills, lost wages, emotional distress and disabilities caused by the incident.
