Commemorating 100 years of Dorchester’s original movie palace, The Strand (1918 – 2018) it’s the Dorchester Short Film Festival on October 25th from 7:30pm-9:30pm. Enjoy a rare opportunity to experience a fast-paced line-up of comedy, drama, action, and animation.
Films are presented in two acts with an intermission, showcasing an eclectic combination of Oscar nominees, Sundance winners, Aspen Shorts winners, US Film Festival “Best of Show” winners/runner ups, and International honorees. Suitable for ages 16 and up. Yellow Door Taqueria will be serving up cocktails too!
