Dorchester + Roxbury Represented at American Music Awards

How awesome is this – The Battle of Boston

On Sunday night at the American Music Awards, two legendary boy bands from Boston, New Edition and New Kids on the Block took the stage marking the first time they’ve ever performed together…what???

Both groups performed a medley of their greatest hits, which included You Got It (The Right Stuff), Step By Step, Hangin’ Tough and Please Don’t Go Girl for NKOTB. For New Edition, it was Candy Girl, Mr. Telephone Man, Is This the End and Can You Stand the Rain.

To wrap things up, New Edition ended with If This Isn’t Love with the New Kids joining them.

Dorchester and Roxbury even got a shout out!  You can check out the video here!

If these two groups are touring together, count us in!
