From Transit Police news:
On April 6, 2020 at approximately 8:20PM Transit Police officers assigned to the Central District were notified by Boston Police of “Shots Fired” in the vicinity of Temple Place and the Downtown Crossing MBTA station.
Officers were provided with a description of the suspect and shortly thereafter encountered a male, later identified as Rigal Fineus, 22, of Dorchester at the Haverhill Street exit of MBTA North Station who matched the description. Officers engaged Fineus and ultimately recovered a .380 caliber Diamondback firearm from his person. Fineus was not duly licensed to carry a firearm and was placed into custody. Fineus was transported to TPD HQ for the arrest booking process.
