Calling all minimalists
A six-story building with 80 studio apartments could be coming to Dot. Ave.
Universal Hub is reporting that a developer has filed planed with the BPDA to replace a small commercial building and parking lot with a six-story building with 80 studio apartments. The new development’s address is 1320 Dorchester Ave at Ellsworth Street and will feature a rooftop deck plus six parking spots.
All studios will be smaller than 450 square feet as part of the City of Boston’s “compact living” pilot.
