Big news from Dorchester Brewing Company (DBco)! The local favorite is once again stepping up its game, expanding its offerings beyond its already impressive craft beer, cider, wine, and hard seltzer lineup. Starting January 25th, DBco will debut Hooch!, its very own handcrafted, small-batch distilled spirit.
Made from apples and boasting a smooth 45-proof neutral profile, Hooch! Will be featured in a variety of creative cocktails, including an Espresso Maple Martini, Tiki Punch, Botanical Spritz, and more.
But that’s not all! DBco is partnering with local gem Dray Drink Bottle Shop, which supplies premium, carefully curated ingredients for non-alcoholic mocktail options featuring n/a espresso martinis and spritz drinks!
Hooch! will officially launch at Big Gay Party at Dorchester Brewing Company on Saturday, January 25th at 8pm-1am. Join DBco as they transform the taproom for the BIGGEST, GAYEST bash of the year! This party is all about our LGBTQIA+ community and their friends who love them–because DBco’s 2025 is all about UNITY. This party comes complete with Boston’s first-ever PINK CARPET, two of Boston’s premier DJ’s, DJ Brian H and DJ Andrea plus guests will also enjoy special performances by Boston’s favorite Drag stars: Neon Calypso, Zon Legacy Phoenix, and Rusty Hammer! Spoonful of Sami will also be onsite serving up sweets!
This event is free and open to the public. Get the details here.
