BPD responded to a deadly shooting at 95 Millet Street around 8:40pm on Tuesday. The victim was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
NBC10 Boston is reporting Shakeen McNeill, 28, from Brockton has been arrested overnight and will be arraigned in Dorchester District Court on Wednesday.
