BPD Community Alert: Detectives assigned to District B-2 (Roxbury) are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the suspect in the images below in connection to a vandalism that occurred at about 12:14 PM on Thursday December 29, 2022, at the McDonald’s restaurant located at 301 Warren Street in Roxbury. During the incident, the suspect reportedly became irate due to the way his coffee had been prepared and ultimately pushed a glass-encased bakery warmer off the counter, causing it to shatter behind the counter before fleeing the area.

Anyone with information on this individual is urged to contact District B-2 Detectives at 617-343-4275.

Community members wishing to assist in this investigation anonymously can do so by calling the CrimeStoppers Tip Line at 1 (800) 494-TIPS or by texting the word ‘TIP’ to CRIME (27463). The Boston Police Department will stringently guard and protect the identities of all those who wish to help this investigation in an anonymous manner.

This is not the first time a patron has gone bananas at a restaurant.  A young lady went bananas at the Don Tequeño y Doña Arepa restaurant located at 491 Blue Hill Avenue by flipping over tables and biting an employee.

Another woman went bonkers over a coolatta at Dunkin Donuts in Dorchester.
