BPD is seeking public’s help in effort to locate motor vehicle wanted in connection to fatal motorcycle accident in the area of 141 Bowdoin Street in Dorchester. BPD investigators have released images of the vehicle. You can see them here! The vehicle is believed to be a silver/champagne 2003 to 2005 Lincoln LS Sedan with a moonroof.

At about 1:20am, Sunday, July 8, 2108, officers from District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to a motor vehicle accident in the in the area of 141 Bowdoin Street in Dorchester. On arrival, officers located a motorcyclist suffering from what appeared to be life threatening injuries. The victim, an adult male, was transported to an area hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased
Investigators assigned to the BPD’s Fatal Motor Vehicle Collision Team are actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident and believe a motor vehicle or motor vehicles may have been in the area at time of the accident. Anyone with information relative to these vehicles is strongly urged to contact Boston Police Homicide Detectives at (617) 343-4470.
