Investigation Update: Earlier today, detectives assigned to District B-2 (Roxbury) arrested Yeison Pimentel, 23, of Dorchester in relation to an ongoing investigation into an incident that occurred at about 2:50 PM on Wednesday December 29, 2021, in the area of 479 Blue Hill Avenue in Dorchester.
The suspect was interviewed and placed in custody after presenting himself to investigators, stating that he had seen his image on bpdnews.com which had been shared in turn by our partners in the media.

Detectives assigned to District B2 are asking for the public’s help to identify the above-pictured individual in relation to an Assault with a Deadly Weapon (Knife) that occurred at 479 Blue Hill Avenue in Dorchester on December 29, 2021, at approximately 2:50 PM.
Detectives assigned to District B-2 (Roxbury) are actively reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident and are urging anyone with information relative to this investigation to contact (617) 343-4275.
