At about 10:55 AM, on Thursday, September 22, 2022, officers assigned to District B-3 (Mattapan), made several firearm arrests in the area of Glenway Street and Harlem Street.
As a result of an ongoing firearm investigation, officers recovered a loaded Mossberg MC2 with one round in the chamber and eleven rounds in the magazine.
A 16-year-old male juvenile from Dorchester was arrested and charged with; Delinquent to Wit; Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Delinquent to Wit; Unlawful Possession of Ammunition and Delinquent to Wit; High Capacity Feeding Device.
A 16-year-old old male juvenile from Dorchester was arrested on warrants out of Suffolk Juvenile Court on charges of; Delinquent to Wit; Carrying a Loaded Firearm without a License, Delinquent to Wit; Discharging a Firearm 500ft of a Building and Delinquent to Wit; Unlawful Possession of Ammunition.
A 16-year-old old male juvenile from Hyde Park was arrested on warrants out of Norfolk Juvenile Court on charges of; Delinquent to Wit; Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, Delinquent to Wit; Resisting Arrest and Delinquent to Wit; Disorderly Conduct.
All three suspects are expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.
