This special event helps raise funds for local charity – the Boston Fisheries Foundation

Celebrate the 9th Annual Boston Seafood Festival on Sunday, August 7 at the historic Boston Fish Pier!  This family friendly event has it all including live music, cooking demonstrations from local chefs, children’s activities and plenty of seafood! Tickets are now available for purchase at bostonseafoodfestival.org, and are $20 for adults, $7 for children ages six through twelve, and free for children ages five and under.

A full slate of ticket levels including VIP options will be available on the event website. The Festival will take place from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and is a beloved Summer tradition on Boston’s waterfront. All event proceeds support the Boston Fisheries Foundation., a non-profit organization created to preserve, sustain, and share the region’s seafood and maritime heritage.

The Boston Seafood Festival is presented by the Boston Fisheries Foundation, and invites festivalgoers to learn the stories of America’s oldest industry, and the people, practices, and innovations which help it thrive in one of the nation’s busiest seaports.

Special events for the day include Chef Demonstrations from some of Boston’s best eateries, the Battle of the Shuckers Oyster Shucking Competition, two Harpoon Brewery Beer Gardens, Fish Cutting demonstrations, and the all-day lobster bake overlooking Boston Harbor. Some of Boston’s top seafood venues will sell New England seafood favorites (as well as non-seafood options), while musical performances, roving pirates, and all-day children’s activities will fill the Pier.  For the sixth year, the Foundation will recognize its newest honorees to its BFF Seafood Hall of Fame at the event.

You can purchase your tickets here! Tickets are $20 for general admission to raise funds for the local charity – Boston Fisheries Foundation. Food available for purchase.
