Local, creative marketing duo, Amanda Lewis and Reagan Byrne* of AGL&Co have teamed up to create a digital cookbook titled Isolate & Create: An Industry Cookbook featuring recipes from some of Boston’s best chefs, restaurants and bartenders. The cookbook is a tasty reminder of Boston’s restaurant industry that can be enjoyed at home while social distancing. Each cookbook costs $20.00 with 100% of the profits donated to the Massachusetts Restaurant Strong Fund to support local hourly restaurant employees who have lost their jobs due to the coronavirus pandemic.
