The 16.5 acre site of the former Boston Globe’s headquarters has officially been sold to a Burlington-based developer Nordblom Co. and Alcion Ventures a private equity firm from Boston on Wednesday.
According to the Boston Globe, the Dorchester site will be converted into an office complex focused on technology and life sciences, in addition to restaurants, retail, and maybe even a craft brewery.
The amount the sale has not been disclosed.
