According to BFD twitter, at approximately 6:45am Boston fire divers rescued a fisherman who was trapped in the current clinging to the pier at Beades Bridge (on Morrissey Boulevard) in Dorchester.
The fisherman was in found in approximately 8 to 10 feet of water and was there for about 20 minutes before being rescued.
He suffered minor injuries.
