A Dorchester developer would like to replace a single-family home at 185-191 Geneva Ave. with a five-story building with 27 units called Bedrock Geneva. 23 units will be market rate, and four will be affordable. This proposed development is right near MBTA’s Four Corners/Geneva Avenue commuter rail. There will be 8 off-street parking spots.
Plans have ben filed with the Boston Planning and Development Agency.
