Evidently, someone has an ax to grind with the Virgin Mary.
A statue of the Virgin Mary had a trash can put over it in front of the St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish. According to Mass Live, this is the second time the statue was targeted – the first time was on July 11th. You can learn more here.
Also on July 11th, the Virgin Mary Statue at St. Peter Parish was set on fire.
