Be informed. Get involved. On Tuesday, October 2 at 6:30pm the Boston Planning and Development Agency will host a community meeting about the project proposed at 500 Talbot Avenue. The meeting will take place at All Saints Church, 209 Ashmont St., Dorchester. JPA Development Co. Inc. has proposed a five-story, mixed-use development totaling approximately 49,500 square feet. The proposed project will have forty (40) units which includes five (5) IDP Units (affordable), 3,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, and 1,815 square feet of church related space. Cook for a cause! It’s the 21st Annual men of Boston Cook for Women’s Health presented by Codman Square Health Center on Thursday, October 4th from 6pm-9pm.
