Death Investigation in the area of 260 Bowdoin Street in Dorchester

At approximately 1:05 AM on Friday, May 22, 2026, officers assigned to District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to a radio call for a person shot in the area of 260 Bowdoin Street in Dorchester.
Upon arrival, officers located the victim who was suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
