The Boston Public Library would like to help you create your own garden!  Grow your own vegetable, herbs and flowers!  You can pick up free seeds at participating branches including Codman Square, Fields Corner and Uphams Corner.

National Grilled Cheese Day

There’s nothing more comforting than two pieces of buttered bread with slices of cheese in the middle, grilled to perfection. The Grilled Cheese Sandwich has been pleasing crowds since the 1920s and whether you like it with bacon or a bowl of tomato soup, here are our picks of where to get one in the neighborhood. Run to Remember Martin Richard

The Dorchester Running Club will host a special run on Saturday, April 15th to remember Dorchester resident Martin Richard on the 10th Anniversary of his death. All are welcome to join us for a 3-mile loop at 5:30pm.  Meet in Adams Village on Minot Street to begin the run, take a right onto Adams Street; right on King Street; right on Neponset Ave.; right on Minot Street, and back to the College Hype lot. #choosekindness

Hello Spring Dance

The Polish American Citizens Club is hosting a special spring dance on Saturday, April 15th at 7pm.  There will be music, food, drink and lots of fun! $40 per person!

Sign up for the Trill Fit Earth Day Hike

The TrillFit Boston Hike Club is back and kicking off a very special Earth Day experience.  Meet the crew on April 22 at 10AM and traverse through the Blue Hills, led by TrillFit hike leaders. Enjoy snacks and refreshments, and following the hike, there will be a healing sound bath and meditation led by Dani Ferreira and Asia Ramos!  Tickets are $30 and can be purchased here!
