The Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team are making their biggest-ever tour of North America visiting more than 25 North American cities including Boston!  On Monday, August 19th (late morning) the Red Arrows will perform an aerial performance over Boston Harbor. You can check out the route here.  Looks like Castle Island is a good spot to watch!

Dine Out Boston

Eat up! Dine out Boston kicks off on August 18th. Make a plan to enjoy lunch for $15, $20, and $25 and dinners for $28, $33 and $38. Perfect excuse to get out of the house and support local restaurants! Free Outdoor Movie

Mayor Martin J. Walsh and the Boston Parks and Recreation Department ParkARTS program invite you to enjoy a free movie night on Wednesday, August 21st at dusk!  Head to Ronan Park for a screening of Spider-man: Into the Spider-Verse.  Don’t forget your chair or blanket!

The Living Legends of Essex St. Cheese w/ Rachel Juhl

On Thursday, August 22nd from 7pm-9pm, American Provisions Dorchester will welcome Rachel Juhl from Essex St. Cheese Co. – a phenomenal source of our Goudas, Manchego, Parmigiano Reggiano, Feta and Comté. Enjoy a taste tour around Europe through all their cheeses. Cheese will be paired with natural wines. Tickets are $50 and can be purchased here. 

The Great Boston Rib Fest

Summer will be over before we know it so Dorchester Brewing Company is throwing one last hurrah before Labor Day! The Great Boston Rib Cookoff in the Tap Room will take place on Sunday, August 25th from 11am-9pm. Entrance is free and ribs are available for purchase at $2/each, so you can taste all you’d like! Sample ribs from: M&M BBQ, 50Kitchen and Sarcastic Swine. There will also be corn bread for purchase from The Corny Bread Company!
