WBZ is reporting that a five-year-old girl was found safe in Randolph after she was kidnapped in Dorchester on Monday afternoon. Around 4pm, the girl was left in a car on Dot Ave. while her father went into a store. The suspect got into the car and took off. The girl was then let out in Randolph and found safe. The suspect kept driving.
Police are looking for a 2007 silver Honda Accord with dark tinted windows and the license plate US117D.
