Thanksgiving Yoga at Open Doors Dorchester

Franklin Park Turkey Trot

Thanksgiving morning, from 9-10am. Come for a fun 5K, chip-timed, run or walk to start your holiday. Bring family and friends. Starts at the Franklin Park Golf Clubhouse, One Circuit Drive, Dorchester, MA 02121. $35 for adults, $18 for under 18, and free for 5 and under. Funds support great programs in Franklin Park all year long. Strollers and race-friendly, leashed dogs welcome. Prizes for best costumes and male/female/non-binary age group winners. Neighborhood Tree Lightings + Holiday Market

On Saturday, November 29th from 3pm-8pm The Greater Ashmont Main Streets will host a festive Holiday Marketing.  Tree lighting will take place on Ashmont Plaza at 6:45pm. After-Party at Tavolo from 7pm-9pm.

Plus, Mayor Wu’s Enchanted Trolley Tour will be rolling through the neighborhood on Saturday!
