A sign of fall in the neighborhood! It’s the Savin Hill Yard Sale. Over 50 homes are expected to participate in this annual event on Saturday, September 7th from 9am-2pm. Here are 5 Things You Can Expect!
Smiling Faces
Mix and mingle with friends + neighbors while you do a little shopping! Lots of people will be out and about!
Maps
There will be handy-dandy maps located at all participating yards! See map below:
Treasures
You know the old saying, “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.” Plan to hunt and gather your way through the neighborhood and expect anything from vintage tableware, furniture, books, sporting equipment, artwork, and more. You never know what you’ll find, but it might be exactly what you want! Bring cash – most sellers are cash only!
Rain Date
Fingers crossed it will be a beautiful sunny day, but as you know, the weather in New England is unpredictable. If it does rain on September 7th, the yard sale will take place on Saturday, September 14th
Neighborhood Pride
It’s a perfect opportunity to showcase the beauty of the neighborhood, including beautiful homes, rolling hills, and colorful landscapes. Take it all in!
Wear comfortable shoes, and don’t forget to bring some tote bags for all the treasures you’ll find. Tag us in your photos on social media #caughtindot

Do you have a map you can add to the article or list a participating home address or street name? I don’t know where this is taking place in Savin Hill from the article. Thanks!
