The 4-year-old boy who fell from a fourth-story window of a residential building on American Legion Highway last week has died.
A spokesperson for Suffolk District Attorney Kevin R. Hayden’s office broke the news on Wednesday afternoon via a short statement.
According to the Boston Globe, the investigation into the boy’s death remains active. No criminal charges have been filed.
