About 4:40pm on Friday, November 13, 2020, officers assigned to District B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a radio call for an Armed Robbery at 566 Columbia Road, Dorchester. Officers spoke with the victim who stated that he was robbed at gunpoint while he was making a food delivery. The victim stated that three black males came out from the residence and one pointed a gun at his head while the other two took his personal items, before going back inside.

Officers canvassed the area, and located a hole in a fence in the rear of the residence. This hole led the officers to the rear of 203 Brunswick Street, where they observed a male looking out of a third-floor window. Upon further investigation, three juvenile males were discovered in the third-floor apartment of 203 Brunswick Street. They were all positively identified and placed under arrest. Two of the suspects were in possession of the victim’s personal property that was stolen from him during the robbery. Following the execution of a search warrant, a Ruger SR9 Firearm, with 11 rounds of ammunition and a large capacity feeding device was also recovered.

A 17-year old male from Stoughton was arrested and charged with Delinquent to wit: Trespassing and Delinquent to wit: Armed Robbery. A 17-year old male from Mattapan was arrested and charged with Delinquent to wit: Trespassing and Delinquent to wit: Armed Robbery. A 17-year old male from Brighton was arrested and charged with Delinquent to wit: Trespassing, Delinquent to wit: Armed Robbery, and Delinquent to wit: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.

All three suspects are expected to be arraigned on Boston Juvenile Court.
