BFD responded to a call for fire at 141and 145 Howard St. in Dorchester around 7pm on Friday night. A 2nd alarm was ordered and then quickly a 3rd alarm.
According to BFD twitter, 30 residents, including 21 children, were safely evacuated from the homes. Boston Fire Investigation Unit was on scene. One firefighter was injured and taken to an area hospital.
