Two Dorchester teenagers were arrested on Friday afternoon in connection with the slaying of a 17-year-old on January 14th on Kenwood Street. BPD arrested Rishaard Sheppard, 19, and Branden Singleton-Legget, 19, on murder charges in connection with the homicide of Chad O’Connor.
According to the Boston Globe, the two allegedly took part in a group attack where O’Connor was beaten and shot to death.
