BFD responded to a call for smoke showing at 127 Magnolia Street in Dorchester around 2pm on Monday. The fire was discovered on the first floor extending to the second floor. A second alarm was ordered.
Seven people and two cats were displaced. Damages are estimated at $200,000. BFD-Fire Investigation Unit is on scene to determine the cause of the fire.
