BFD responded to a call for a fire around 10pm on Saturday at a three decker at 21 Leedsville Street. Heavy fire was showing and second alarm was ordered. Firefighters worked hard to knock down the fire. All residents were safely evacuated. Two firefighters were transported to an area hospital for minor injuries.
There was also extensive damage to exposure buildings on both sides.
The Red Cross is working to find homes for those displaced.
