BFD responded to a call for a fire at 128 Capen Street in Dorchester early Wednesday morning. Fire was showing on the second and third floors of the three-story home. A second alarm was ordered. Firefighters were able to knock down the fire quickly. No people were injured.
Eight adults and seven children have been displaced. Damages have been estimated at $250,000. Boston Fire is investigating what caused the fire.
