Universal Hub is reporting on Tuesday, the Zoning Board of Appeal approved a developer’s plans for a 15 condos and 15-car garage to replace a single family at 22 High St.
The building will also have roof decks and some open space in addition to two affordable units.

Right across the street, a developer would like to replace another single family with 23 units across at the old Swan House at 29 High Street.
