BPD are investigating five overnight shootings that left 13 victims and two dead

BPD is investigating a series of shootings in Boston that occurred late Saturday and early Sunday morning. Two of the incidents were deadly.

According to WCVB, officers are aware of at least five shootings overnight. Thirteen victims, including two fatalities.  Here’s the breakdown below:

Timeline of the Overnight Shootings

11:54 p.m.
Police responded to reports of a shooting near 13 Fayston Street in Roxbury. Officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.

12:36 a.m. – Two Separate Incidents
At 12:36 a.m., a shooting victim arrived at a local hospital after being wounded near 24 Horadan Way in Roxbury.

Around the same time, an officer discovered a person with a gunshot wound near 500 Blue Hill Avenue in Roxbury. Police later located three shooting victims at the scene, all of whom were transported to local hospitals by Boston EMS. One of the victims later died. A fourth victim from the same incident made it to the hospital on their own.

1:56 a.m.
Officers responded to another shooting near 71 Draper Street in Dorchester, where one person had been shot.

3:14 a.m.
Police were then called to 120 George Street in Roxbury for another shooting. Three victims with gunshot wounds were found at the scene and taken to local hospitals by Boston EMS. One victim died, while another suffered life-threatening injuries.

At 4:06 a.m., three additional victims connected to the George Street shooting arrived at a local hospital on their own. Police said their injuries were not considered life-threatening.
