So this happened…
Someone with a sawed-off shotgun attempted to rob Savin Hill Wine + Spirits on Thursday night around 9:00pm. The suspect got more than he bargained for when workers fought back and got the gun from him. The suspect then fled the scene. Live Boston reported the incident on twitter.

The employees called 911 and BPD officers from District C-11 responded to the store. You can see photos from the crime scene here.
