Dorchfest will take place on Saturday, June 1st, from 12 pm-5 pm. Experience what it would be like to walk through a real-life shuffled Spotify playlist!  This outdoor music festival will feature over 40 different artists performing on various neighborhood porches and front yards.

Where exactly in the neighborhood?

This fun neighborhood event is being hosted by the Ashmont-Adams Neighborhood Association and the Greater Ashmont Main Streets.  The live music will be performed in the Ashmont Adams Neighborhood.  You can see the map here! Additionally, here is a list of stages.  You’re encouraged to walk, bike or take the MBTA.

What kind of music will be playing?

A vast variety of music – everything from rock, folk, world, jazz, pop and more!  You can see a full list of performers here!

How much does it cost?

This event is FREE!  Donations are always welcome donations to help pay stipends to performers! You can make a tax-deductible donation here!

The great outdoors!

This whole event is outdoors! So dress appropriately. Don’t forget to wear sunblock or a hat!  Grab a lightweight beach chair to take with or a blanket if you’d like to sit and listen.

Volunteers are always needed!

Wanted: porch marshals, merch table peeps, traffic gurus, and more. Be an ambassador for the neighborhood and listen to some great music while doing it! Each volunteer gets a free Dorchfest 2023 t-shirt (which are really cool). Minimum requirement is half an hour, but they’ll take four hours if you have them to offer! You can fill out the volunteer form here.
