Considered one of the best pizza spots in the country by some, a Connecticut restaurant is coming to the neighborhood!
According to Boston Restaurant Talk, Sally’s Apizza will open in South Bay in 2025.
Sally’s Apizza was founded in New Haven, CT, by Salvatore “Sally” Consiglio in 1938. According to its website, they hand-craft authentic New Haven pizza in custom-designed ovens using the original recipes. The pizza is known for its distinctive tomato sauce and chewy, crispy crust with an iconic oven-kissed char.
The pizza is so good that people have it shipped nationwide! Wowza!
Another Sally’s Apizza is opening in Seaport on Thompson Place in the near future as well!
