INVESTIGATION UPDATE: At about 2:58 AM, on Saturday, March 2, 2019, officers assigned to District B-3 (Mattapan) responded to a radio call for a person shot in the area of 12 Greenwood Street in Dorchester. On arrival, officers located an adult male victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victim was declared deceased on scene. The victim has since been identified as Kendric Price, 32 of Dorchester.

The Boston Police Department is actively reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is strongly urged to contact Boston Police Homicide Detectives at (617) 343-4470.
