Celebrate Kindergarten! Join BPS Citywide Kindergarten for a special celebration on Tuesday, August 28th from 4:30-7:30pm at the Boston Children’s Museum! This event features refreshments, dental/visual screenings and fun activities!

Bowling and School Supplies! Head to Boston Bowl on Labor Day weekend and the first 100 kid bowlers will get a “Back to School” kit with paid game of bowling! September 1st, 2nd and 3rd!

Feel like getting lost in some fog? Take a trip to Franklin Park and check out Called Fog x FLO: Fujiko Nakaya on the Emerald Necklace. This new installation is made up of “fog sculptures” and will be on display in five parks including Back Bay Fens, Olmsted Park, Jamaica Pond, the Arnold Arboretum, and Franklin Park. Responding to climate, these sculptures will release soft clouds of fog from dawn to dusk through October 31st and will change shapes based on wind patterns, humidity, temperature, and gravity! Cool!

Volunteer! The Martin Richard Foundation is looking for volunteers to help them with their MR8 Run for Gratitude on Monday – September 3, 2018, 9 am. For more information on volunteering or running the race, visit here!

Listen to the music! Enjoy live Irish music every Tuesday night at the Lower Mills Tavern. Irish Session takes place on Tuesdays from 8pm-10pm. No cover. Musicians welcome. Kitchen is open late!
