At about 7:55 PM on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, officers assigned to District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to a call for a person shot in the area of Norton Street and Bowdoin Street in Dorchester. On arrival, officers located an adult male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim, suffering life threatening injuries, was pronounced deceased on scene.
The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is asked to call Homicide Detectives at (617) 343-4470.
